1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer several shipping options to ensure your convenience:

- Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.
- Available for most regions.

Expedited Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days.
- Available for select locations, with an additional cost.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address, order size, and chosen shipping method.
- For Expedited Shipping, the cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we do not offer shipping to out of India.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes; please provide a physical address for all orders.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (depending on your preference).
- You can use the tracking link to monitor your package’s status.
6. Delays & Shipping Issues
- We make every effort to ship your order on time. However, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues.
- If your package is delayed or you notice any discrepancies in tracking, please contact our customer service team at support@pookieee.com assistance.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with VDO / Pictures while of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
- We recommend inspecting the package upon arrival and contacting us immediately if there are any signs of damage.
